Envios:
Para la mayoría de los envíos uso Correos España y los paquetes son usados con el método certificado con lo cual tendrás un numero de seguimiento de tu paquete.
Los tiempos de preparación de los pedidos varia entre 1 y 2 días según la cantidad de pedidos que tenga. Una vez realizado el envío, el tiempo estimado es el siguiente:
España: 2-5 días
Europa: 1-2 semanas
Resto del mundo entre 2-3 semanas
Cambios y devoluciones:
Como un pequeño negocio hecho a mano, mi objetivo principal es que estés completamente satisfecho con mis creaciones, cada pieza está hecha con mucho cuidado, tiempo, dedicación y atención especial a cada pequeño detalle.
Si por alguna razón no estás satisfecha con tu artículo, puedes devolverlo dentro de los 14 días posteriores a su recepción para obtener un reembolso (excluyendo los gastos de envío). Serás responsable de las tarifas de envío de la devolución. El paquete tiene que estar en las mismas condiciones como lo recibiste, el artículo sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste. Una vez que recupere el artículo y pase el control de calidad pertinente, procederé a reembolsarte el dinero en el mismo método de pago utilizado para la compra. Si han pasado 14 días o mas desde que se entregó el paquete, desafortunadamente, no puedo ofrecerle un reembolso o cambio.
Artículos que no pueden ser devueltos o intercambiados:
Debido a la naturaleza de estos artículos, no puedo aceptar devoluciones o cambios en pedidos personalizados, productos rebajados o pendientes (por restricciones en leyes de salud e higiene).
Cancelaciones:
Acepto cancelaciones de pedidos dentro de las 3 horas de haberse realizado. Si ha pasado mas tiempo y ya hemos preparado y enviado tu pedido, deberás mirar el apartado de cambios y devoluciones.

Shipping:
Purchases are shipped from Barcelona using Correos España.
Everything is sended via registered mail, with which you will be provided of a tracking number and delivered under signature for extra security.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1 to 3 working days depending on the amount of orders i need to prepare. Once the product is shipped allow this considered estimated times for the ordinary method:
Spain: 2-5 days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
Estimated times are provided by the shipping company, i cannot guarantee them since I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. If you need a faster shipping method you will find the option at checkout, times will vary depending on destination, contact me if you need extra info.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Exchanges and returns:
As a small handmade bussiness my main goal is that you are fully happy with my creations, each piece is made with a lot of care, costing time, dedication and special attention to every little detail.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Send it back to me in the same condition and packaging you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once I get the item back i will proceed to refund your money in the same payment method used for purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your parcel was delivered, unfortunately, i can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns or exchanges of custom or personalized orders, earrings (for health and hygiene laws restricts) items on sale.
Cancellations:
I accept order cancellations within 3 hours of purchase, if more time has passed and i have already packed and sent your piece, you will have to go under the returns and exchange policies.
